Q. How long is my warranty with the builder?

A. Your builder will warranty for 1 year (that does not include normal wear-n-tear) from the "Certificate of Occupancy" date. After the 1 year, it is 2 year systems and 10 year structual with the Home Buyers Warranty program that the builder provides at the end of construction.

Q. Does your company do remodels or additions?

A. Yes, we would be glad to price any of your ideas.

Q. Do you have property available to build on?

A. Yes, see our lot list page, we have property in Sebastian, Vero Lake Estates, and Brevard Co. by the Indian River.

Q. How long does it take to build a new home?

A. It takes approximately ten (10) months including the permitting process. Time frames can vary by home size and permit requirements.

Q. How long has Tozzolo Brothers been in business?

A. We have been building new homes in the Indian River and Brevard County area for 23 years.

Q. Are there any hidden fees in building a new home?

A. No, our sales staff will go over all fees involved including the allowances.

Q. What is an allowance? How does it work?

A. An allowance allocates a certain amount of funds for that particular item...should it exceed the allowance, the difference would be due...but, if it is less than, you will receive the funds back.

Q. Who determines the amount of fill to go on a lot?

A. The Environmental Health Dept. will do a soil test to determine the high water table and require the septic tank to be set at a certain height and the house pad at a certain height.
